		<description>Eric, doesn&#039;t this sound like something out of a Negotiation text book?  This screams for some ADR interest based negotiation.  I doubt that no CBS on charter is anyone&#039;s BATNA.

@Eric That sucks that you have no other option than Charter.  From what I read it is both a Belo (the company that owns the CBS network in St. Louis) and a Charter issue.  Belo is greedy and Charter is cheap.  That is not a good combination.  CBS really needs to step in and push their weight around to fix the problem.</description>

		<description>I know I have told you this before, but you should get an antenna and not worry with cable or dish.  You can get an HD recorder and you won&#039;t have to pay a monthly fee.</description>
