Why someone should not get a dog with their girlfriend
- He does not even like dogs …. he likes cats!
- Where does the dog go when you go out to da club?
- The dog is like a child and it makes you one step closer to you know what.
- Who takes care of the dog when you go on bachelor parties?
- Don’t you have enough excuses for why you do not go out?
- Dogs are expensive. Have you ever seen vet cost for a dog? Doggy surgery is not cheap nor is doggy daycare.
- Dogs are clean. They will rub their ass on nice couches without wiping.
- Rengel will hang out with you more! so really think about that before you pull the trigger.
These rules apply do not specfically apply to Matt Smith but do apply to everyone else (from the great words of Mike Hoff)

Let’s not forget the following:
- Vacations. It costs a ton to board a dog when you leave town.
- Breakups. What happens when you break up with your girlfriend (has to be at least a 70% chance)? Do you have shared custody?
- Forget about going out what about during the day? You just gonna lock that dog up when you’re both at work? Seems cruel.
Overall it’s a terrible idea but we’ve come to expect that from (not) Matt Smith.

@Nick I agree. I would love to have a dog but I can not make the commitment that a dog needs. I am gone from the house sometimes 15/16 hours at a time so that would not work. I could see it being even worse in a relationship since people normally switch back and forth between whose house you are staying at.
